Wow. It's been awhile since my ass, has been around this neck of the woods. Been lots of news. So excuse me if I do this in dot point. - I got engaged, yes you read that right. Miss Cynical I'm never getting married, is engaged. I met him last year, he was a support act for an artist I was merching for. And sang one of my all time favourite songs. And slowly after a lot of persistance from him, I agreed to go out with him, and we were lucky enough that he'd just finished up touring, so we were lucky enough to be together pretty much 24/7. Followed by our engagement in April this year. Followed by his label dropping the bomb on us that they were sending him to London for six months to start recording his third album, I made the decision to stay in Australia, and over the past few weeks, have relocated from Melbourne to Adelaide, until he gets back in November, because it's bloody hard to find somewhere on a three month lease. So for now I'm located and working out of Adelaide. Until we decide what we're doing when he gets back. Chances are when January/February rolls around we'll be up and away from here. Either London, NY, LA, or back to Melbourne.
- I was hosting a weekly Punk & Metal show titled Youth Riot on SYN FM in Melbourne, for the last six months. In that time I got to work and meet some awesome people, conduct some amazing interviews. But due to my relocation to Adelaide, I've had to leave the show behind, and hand over the reigns to some highly qualified ladies. Hopefully, I'll find another awesome radio gig soon, and be back assulting everyones ears on the radio, because by god it's an awesome, fun job.
- I haven't been merching for a couple of months now, and I'm missing it. I'm hoping a tour I like will come along soon that I can get on. I decided I'd take a break because within the first 5 months of the year I worked with over 30 seperate artists and bands (last year when I started merching I only worked with 13 artists). This year I have worked with everyone from Nightwish, to Cyndi Lauper, Incubus, Magaret Cho, Toto, Ray Davies, Sinead O'Connor, Harry Connick Jnr, Patty Griffin, The Black Crowes, Duran Duran, Jose Feliciano, Eels, I even did a short stint for the Kiev Ballet.
So thats about all the major gossip. For the regular day-to-day stuff. You can check it all out over at my site. www.Toni-Marie.net. xxx -Toni-Marie www.Toni-Marie.net

Totally exhausted, I'm so tired these days, I'm trying to get myself into a routine of getting up early again, because once uni goes back theres no more getting up at 1pm for me, and it's just taking by body so long to get used to it. Ah I feel like I could pass out right now and I've only been up five hours.
Still on the househunt, going to meet a couple of guys later on, and still waiting to hear from a couple of places, so we shall see. Hopefully something will come up, I don't think being a homeless bum in carlton gardens would overly suit me. So fingers crossed.
Got more info on work today, theres at least another seven artists to be confirmed that I will be working on once they confirm. But I'm not allowed to say who until it's confirmed. But exciting stuff people. You can see all the current tours/shows I'm working on, on my myspace calender(add me if you'd like). And if your attending any shows be sure to stop by and say hey. And Incubus Merch is awesome, if you're not coming to the sideshows be sure to stop by the merch table at SoundWave08 and pick some up. I wont be working at SoundWave though.
I managed to finish reading Fight Club today, I am officially in love with that book, and Chuck is officially one of my new favourite authors. And now I'm off to watch Fight Club the movie and decide which I like better. I bet I hate the movie now.
So my question of the day is if you could be living anywhere in the world right now, where would you be? My answer would be on a tour bus, sad but true, i'm not ready to settle down like that.

Ok I have a question for you. How many of you use your toilet roll holder thingamajigeys? I find it interesting having lived with so many people in this house 15-20 different people over the past year, most of them seem unable to put the toilet roll on the holder, at first I'll admit I thought it must be a male thing(sexist pig me), but no the females are just as bad. Um excuse me it's two seconds of your day to put the roll on the holder, and maybe an extra five to walk to the cupboard outside the toilet door and grab the toilet roll itself. Every time I want to use the bathroom I should not have to remember to put toilet paper in, or search behind the toilet, and the bathroom floor whilst my pants are around my ankles, looking for the roll of paper that seems to roll away from my reach every time I attempt to grab it. I am the youngest person in this house, I am not your mother or your house-keeper, there is a house cleaner once a week and she replaces the roll then, but every other time it's your job buddy.
I'm striking, and I hope from now on housemates your undies are stained with skidmarks.
